Vidloom

Browser-based video and data communication with WebRTC, aiming to reduce application-server media bandwidth through peer-to-peer connections where possible.

EEG Seizure Prediction

An academic seizure-prediction study using the CHB-MIT Scalp EEG Database, starting with CHB01 recordings and an offline Logistic Regression baseline.

≈92% accuracy · ≈92% pre-ictal recall · ≈52% precision

False positives remain a major limitation. The exact pre-ictal definition and train/test split methodology have not been supplied.

Evaluation & next steps

Evaluation used accuracy, precision, recall, a confusion matrix, a precision-recall curve, and PR-AUC. No PR-AUC value is reported here.

Future work: dataset expansion, stronger validation, model experimentation, prediction-horizon analysis, and real-time processing. This baseline does not establish clinical readiness, cross-patient generalization, or a validated warning horizon.
